Plain output in a pipe

Off a terminal, vx prints plain lines and never waits on a prompt.

A run in a pipe listing tasks instead of opening a picker.

A live, redrawing view is right at a terminal and wrong in a pipe, a file or an agent’s shell. vx sees when its output is not a terminal and prints plain lines instead.

A missing task name opens a picker at a terminal; in a pipe it lists the tasks and exits, so a script never hangs on a question.

// what it prints

$ vx run | cat
vx run: missing task name (stdin is not a TTY, so no picker; tasks here: build, test)
