In CI, vx runs only what a change reaches, pins the plan with a lock, flags flaky tasks, and puts the result on the pull request.

Run only what a change reaches--affected follows task edges from the change, and nothing else runs.vx run test --affected runs the tasks a change since the base branch touches, and the tasks whose dependsOn reaches one of them. With no edge from the changed task to yours, yours does not run.
vx lockCI runs exactly the config you reviewed.A TypeScript config can evaluate differently on another machine. vx lock evaluates every config now and writes the resolved objects to vx-lock.json.Each one has a page that shows it working.
