Watch mode
Every change takes the same path as vx run, and the key decides what re-runs.
vx watch runs a task, then runs it again when files in the projects in scope change. There is no per-event glob matching: each change goes through the same path as vx run, and the cache key decides what re-runs, downstream included.
It reacts to content, not to events. A file whose bytes did not change starts nothing, so a task writing into its own folder cannot loop.
